Property Bio:
Legacy Business Park is a two-building, state-of-the-art, speculative light industrial development totaling 645,632 square feet located east of Ellsworth Road, on the north side of Pecos Road, and south of the existing Legacy Sports Park. The Property is comprised of 44.9 acres and is currently fully entitled with Permits expected in the 1st Quarter of 2023.
Both buildings will be constructed of tilt up concrete wall panels. Clear height on the interior will be a minimum of 36’ for Building A and 40’ for Building B. This results in exterior building heights of approximately 50’ to 55’ above finished floor with vertical variation on each elevation.
