Tex I & II will consist of two newly constructed industrial buildings situated on a 17.2-acre site ideally positioned adjacent to a full-diamond interchange on Loop 303 and just a two-minute drive to I-10. The Project will feature two, smaller-format industrial buildings comprised of a 100,800 square foot rear-dock facility and a 130,000 square foot single load building.
