Ben Hall

Ben Hall joined Merit Partners, Inc. as Controller in 2025 after spending 11 years in Deloitte’s audit practice specializing in the real estate industry. During his tenure at Deloitte, Ben led audits for private equity real estate funds, multifamily developers and operators, homebuilders, and land developers.

At Merit Partners, Ben oversees accounting and financial reporting, leveraging his technical expertise and strategic insight to support the firm’s continued growth and financial excellence. Ben is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
