Jack Czerwinski

Jack Czerwinski joined Merit Partners, Inc. as Managing Director in 2021. He is responsible for identifying, processing, and leasing industrial development and re-development opportunities across Metro Phoenix.

Prior to joining Merit, Jack spent 4 years opening and running Los Angeles based Majestic Realty’s Phoenix office. There he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, entitling, and leasing new development opportunities throughout the Valley.

Jack earned both his Bachelor’s and Masters of Real Estate Development degree from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. He is an Active Member of Executive Council Charities (EC70) as well as a founding member of a Phoenix Children’s Hospital men’s group, the PCH50.
