Kevin Czerwinski
Kevin Czerwinski has over 31 years of commercial real estate experience. At Merit Partners, he is responsible for providing strategic direction, sourcing acquisition and development opportunities, operations, and leasing. Prior to founding Merit Partners, Kevin served as Senior Vice President for First Industrial Realty Trust. He led the Phoenix region for over 13 years, from early 1998 to mid 2010. He was responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management and dispositions for Metropolitan Phoenix. During his tenure at First Industrial, Kevin acquired, developed, and sold over $1.2 Billion of industrial and flex properties. Under his leadership, Phoenix was the most profitable region for the company. From 2000 to 2004 he served as Senior Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of Development for the Western United States, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon and Texas, responsible for acquisitions and development. Prior to joining First Industrial, Kevin was with CB Richard Ellis for 13 years, serving as First Vice President of Corporate Services. There he represented office and industrial companies. Kevin is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Kevin is a current member and former board member of the Phoenix chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and is a member of Urban Land Institute.
