TJ Wead

TJ Wead is an Managing Director for Merit Partners, Inc. TJ has been with Merit since March of 2012, and plays an active role in the company’s acquisitions, underwriting, development, and property management operations.

TJ graduated summa cum laude from the WP Carey school of business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance. TJ is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group.
